Current Projects

  • Revising their paper addressing the gaps in CHIP terminology, to standardize evaluation of CHIP detection techniques, and to recommend concepts guiding the utility of this biomarker in clinical and translational applications. 

  • Developing paper on describing considerations and best practices for scientists interrogating the output of diagnostic tests and attempting to disambiguate CH from biomarkers of interest in liquid biopsy testing.
