Blood Collection Working Group

Following the virtual seminar held in December 2025, the Blood Collection and Distribution Working Group is developing a peer-reviewed publication that captures the key insights and discussions from the session. The manuscript will summarize the current landscape of blood collection practices for liquid biopsy and related diagnostics, highlight challenges identified by stakeholders, and outline the Working Group’s proposed future framework for improving and standardizing blood collection. By documenting both the current state and potential paths forward, the publication aims to inform the broader community and support ongoing efforts to advance best practices in blood collection across clinical and research settings.
